Join Coach Genny, a Holistic Nutritionist, Fitness Coach and Recipe Developer, as she provides you with practical and tactical tools to get started on your vegan, plant-based journey. 

Coach Genny began her plant-based journey after being diagnosed in 2017 with Lupus, a chronic disease, as a way of healing and sharing her story to help others heal. Genny gets it. Sometimes, it is hard to give up the chicken or cheese, but it's possible. Genny created theEATschool to empower women to take control of their health through plant-based eating, cooking and mindfulness. Since launching theEATschool, Genny has helped many women navigate into their purposes through nourishing their mind, body and spirit with healing plant-based foods. Genny's mission is to continue to inspire women to nurture and nourish with intention.
