About the Event

The class will be a whole energetic vibe to celebrate showing up for yourself. The class will be powered by music and intention. Genny will begin the class with a vibrant warm-up, bodyweight strength training, and dance to get that good blood flowing. Erika will then continue us through a gentle yoga flow, guided by breath and a meditative cool-down.

Make sure you join the class at least 5 minutes before starting. To optimize your experience, make sure you have your Bluetooth external music source to really tap into the vibes and music. Have a towel, mat, and water. 

Just getting back into your fitness routine? Don't dig online classes? Mastered virtual fitness class? This class is for you! This class is open to all levels. We have optimized the experience so that it feels like we are safely moving together in the same room.
