About the Event

The class will be a whole energetic vibe to celebrate showing up for yourself. The class will be powered by music and intention. The class includes a vibrant warm-up, bodyweight and strength training, and a restorative cool-down stretch for a dynamic workout. It's about tapping into how your body feels and maximizing its potential. 

Light to medium weights are recommended (e.g., 5 - 15 pounds).

Make sure you join the class at least 5 minutes before starting. To optimize your experience, make sure you have your bluetooth external music source to really tap into the vibes and music. Have a towel, mat, and water ready. 

Just getting back into your fitness routine? Mastered fitness class? Think low impact, high gains. This class is for you! This class is open to all levels. We have optimized the experience so that it feels like we are safely moving together in the same virtual room and having a great time!
