Lupus sucks, but your life doesn't have to!

As a lupus warrior since 2017, I've courageously battled two life-threatening flares and have endured chronic pain, fatigue, and grief, amongst other debilitating symptoms. But, I refused to settle for just managing lupus symptoms with medication. I was too weary of the potential life-long side effects that a cocktail of medications could cause. 

I embarked on a journey to uncover the root causes of lupus and eventually became a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Autoimmune Nutrition Specialist. By adopting a holistic approach, I have been able to significantly improve lupus symptoms and live a fulfilling life.

Now, I empower lupus warriors, like you, to tap into your innate healing abilities to advocate for your well-being and embrace self-care behaviors to conquer lupus.

Lupus is complex.

According to the Lupus Foundation of America, Lupus is a chronic autoimmune disease causing inflammation and pain in any part of the body. 

Lupus affects 9 out of 10 women, with a higher prevalence among women of color.
