About the Event
The class will be a whole energetic vibe to celebrate showing up for yourself. The class will be powered by music and intention. Coach Erika will lead you through a gentle, yet energetic flow yoga flow, guided by breath and a meditative cool-down.
Make sure you join the class at least 5 minutes before starting. To optimize your experience, make sure you have your Bluetooth external music source to really tap into the vibes. Have a towel, mat, and water.
